Status Code Management

OBJECTIVE

The Status Code Management option is used to define the status of an asset when it has acquired (for example, new, used, etc.).

 

Steps

maestro* > Accounting > Financial Management > Depreciation > Status Code Management (Web)

 

Creating a Status

1. Click the New icon.
2. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Status field. Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

Field	Description
Code*	Code that identifies the status.
Description	Description that identifies the status.

2. Click the Save icon.
